Location: Cedar Rapids & Iowa City Corridor

Compensation: $30-$50 per hour, depending on experience, craftsmanship, scope of work, and the ability to independently complete residential remodeling projects to company's quality standards.
Skogman Remodeling & Repair is expanding their network of skilled independent subcontractors to help support their growing workload throughout the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City corridor.

Who They're Looking For
Skogman Remodeling & Repair is seeking experienced finish carpenters and remodeling professionals who enjoy a variety of residential projects and are committed to delivering exceptional workmanship.
Typical Work May Include
- Framing carpentry
- Demolition / Site prep
- Finish carpentry
- Interior trim / Millwork installation
- Cabinet installation
- General residential remodeling
Additional Experience in the Following is a plus
- Minor drywall repair
- Painting and touch-up work
- Bathroom / Kitchen remodeling
- Residential additions
- Deck construction
What You'll Bring
- Experience performing residential remodeling, framing, finish carpentry, or related construction work
- Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with Skogman project managers and crews as needed
- Professional communication and reliability
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Your own hand tools and standard power tools
- Current General Liability Insurance
- Workers' Compensation Insurance (if required by law)
