Responsibilities:
- Assist with the transfer, reception, processing and distribution of samples
- Oversee day to day operation related to file management systems
- Regularly audit physical inventory counts and work with management to place orders and adjust par levels
- Ensure the daily organization and categorization of tested samples by department
- Regularly dispose of applicable samples in accordance with the standards outlined by the Marijuana Enforcement Division
- Accurate data entry into multiple platforms
- Other duties as required by management
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong verbal communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Logistics/Warehouse experience
- Familiarity with laboratory protocols, sanitation standards and safety procedures
- Experience with data entry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
