Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including window cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry services to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, buffers, and other tools safely and efficiently.
- Handle chemical products responsibly by following proper procedures for storage, mixing, and disposal to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of supplies or equipment while maintaining proper ergonomics to prevent injury.
- Maintain high levels of infection control and sanitation practices in all areas to promote a healthy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during service interactions.
- Follow all safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personal safety and adherence to health guidelines.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles with knowledge of janitorial procedures.
- Skilled in window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, and general sanitation techniques.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong understanding of chemical handling procedures and infection control practices.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged standing or walking during shifts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use to maintain a safe working environment.
