Client First Real Estate Advisors is a Phoenix metro team with $300M+ in closed sales volume and 1,000+ deals closed. We're hiring multiple agents — whether you're newly licensed or experienced but stuck, you'll get direct mentorship from a team that closes deals every month.

What you'll do:
- Work with buyers and sellers from first contact to closing
- Host showings, open houses, and buyer consultations
- Learn and apply our pricing and negotiation strategies on live transactions
- Build your own sphere of business with our guidance behind you
What we're looking for:
- Active Arizona real estate license (or in the final stage of getting one)
- Coachable — you want to learn a system, not reinvent one
- Full-time commitment — about 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends when clients need you
- Strong communication skills and genuine care for clients — we're called Client First for a reason
New agents: if you're licensed but have zero closings, apply. That's exactly who the mentorship is for.

Pay: $100,000 to $150,000 per year, based on your production. Serving the Phoenix metro: Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and surrounding areas.
