Artector is hiring a Project Manager for commercial exterior cladding work in Washington. We specialize in complete exterior wall assemblies, including stucco, EIFS, cement board, fiber cement siding, composite panels, metal panels, WRB systems, rainscreens, commercial windows, doors, and caulking — from substrate through final sealant.
The PM will manage commercial projects from startup through closeout, coordinate crews and subcontractors, review drawings/details, track schedules, handle field issues, communicate with GCs, and make sure work is installed correctly, safely, and on time.
Requirements:
Must have experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably exterior cladding/envelope work. Must be able to read plans, coordinated manpower, track materials, solve field problems, and communicate clearly with general contractors, foremen, suppliers, and office staff.
Non-negotiable requirement: the candidate must be fluent in both English and Russian.
This is a hands-on, field-focused PM role for someone who understands construction, takes ownership, and can keep projects moving without constant supervision.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
