Compensation & Benefits
· Entry-Level (No Experience Required): Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
· 90-Day Review: Up to +$2.00/hour increase
· Ground Technicians: $22.00 – $26.00/hour
· High-Rise Technicians: $29.00 – $33.00/hour
· PTO: 40 hours (Year 1), 80 hours (Year 2), 120 hours (Year 5+)

Schedule
· Tuesday–Saturday
· Wednesday–Sunday
· Sunday–Thursday
· Weekend availability required
Position Overview
· Physically demanding, hands-on role requiring consistency and attention to detail.
· Work year-round in varying weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform residential and commercial window cleaning
· Safely operate ladders up to 40 feet
· Handle and transport ladders up to 28 feet independently
· Maintain job site safety and professionalism
· Deliver high-quality results
· Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications
