We are seeking an ambitious, outgoing, and relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to help expand our market presence, strengthen client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and elevate our brand throughout Texas, primarily the Gulf Coast Region.

Position Summary
The Business Development & Marketing Manager serves as a key external representative of Trilogy Resources and plays an important role in driving company growth through business development, client engagement, brand visibility, and strategic marketing efforts.
This individual will build relationships with existing and prospective clients, represent the company at industry and community events, oversee company marketing and social media initiatives, and support leadership by tracking sales activity and helping maintain accountability across business development efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Relations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support retention and long-term growth
- Identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities throughout target markets
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and industry engagement
- Conduct client outreach and follow-up to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities
- Expand market presence and increase company visibility
- Serve as a professional ambassador and trusted external representative of the company
Marketing & Brand Management
- Manage and oversee company social media platforms and digital brand presence
- Develop and execute marketing content and brand awareness initiatives
- Coordinate promotional materials and external communications
- Ensure consistent messaging and professional brand representation across all channels
Industry Engagement & Events
- Represent the company at association meetings, industry events, conventions, trade shows, networking events, and community functions
- Build strategic relationships within communities and with contractors, operators, vendors, and industry stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and brand exposure
Sales Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate and participate in sales meetings with company leadership, including the President
- Track sales pipeline activity, client interactions, opportunities, and follow-up items
- Maintain data and ensure sales activities are properly documented
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and activity summaries
- Help maintain accountability and follow-through throughout the sales process for the team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, client or community relations, or a related field
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable networking and representing the company independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong initiative, accountability, and follow-through
- Strong computer proficiency with email, reporting tools, and business software; ability to quickly learn and adapt to company technology platforms
- Experience managing social media and marketing initiatives preferred
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify needs, anticipate opportunities, and take initiative without waiting for direction
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial services, pipeline construction, logistics, transportation, oil & gas, energy sector or related industries preferred
- Existing industry relationships within Texas or Gulf Coast markets are a strong plus
- Experience with outside sales or business development preferred
Work Environment & Travel
This position involves a combination of office, field, and event-based work and requires flexibility in schedule based on business needs.
Regular local travel is expected for client meetings, networking events, and industry functions. Occasional travel throughout Texas will be required to meet with clients and support business development efforts in other markets.
While some overnight travel may occasionally be required, overnight stays are expected to be very minimal.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
