Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract clients
- Negotiate contracts and offers professionally
- Stay updated on local market trends and real estate regulations
- Manage transaction paperwork and administrative tasks accurately
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Real estate license preferred but not required for all positions
- Knowledge of social media and marketing platforms is a plus
