What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Providing prompt, friendly customer service
- Handling check-ins, check-outs, and general administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Ensuring clients and pets feel welcomed and cared for
- Booking boarding reservations and grooming appointments
- Dog handling and supervising pets safely
- Cleaning duties, dishes, laundry, and maintaining a clean facility
- Supporting daily operations and helping the team wherever needed
- Feeding
- Cleaning kennels
- watching dogs in groups
- Walking up to 15 miles in a day
- ensuring dogs are eating and showing normal behaviors
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
