Prime Community Care is seeking compassionate, dependable IHSS Attendants (Caregivers) to provide in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout Colorado. As part of Colorado's Medicaid Waiver and CFC programs, you'll help clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

What You'll Do
Every client is unique, but your day may include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Grocery shopping and essential errands
- Accompanying clients into the community
- Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Documenting services and communicating changes to the care team
We're Looking for Someone Who Is
- Compassionate and patient
- Reliable and dependable
- Respectful of client independence
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- A strong communicator
- Passionate about helping others
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to pass Colorado Medicaid-required background screening
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift or assist with up to 50 lbs. (with reasonable accommodation)
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, PCA, HHA, DSP, or personal care experience
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
