Performance Coach

At PHAST, we specialize in youth sports development, and we’re looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to work with athletes of all ages to help them improve their strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and Train: Lead individual and group training sessions for athletes, focusing on strength, conditioning, agility, and sport-specific skills.
- Program Design: Develop and implement tailored performance training programs based on athletes' goals, needs, and sports.
- Motivate & Inspire: Create a positive, engaging environment that encourages athletes to push their limits and develop a growth mindset.
- Monitor Progress: Track athlete performance, provide feedback, and adjust training programs to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate: Work closely with parents, coaches, and sports teams to ensure athletes are progressing and achieving their performance goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for Youth Sports: A genuine love for working with athletes and helping them excel in their chosen sport(s).
- Experience: Proven experience in sports, coaching, personal training, or athletic performance coaching.
- Fitness Knowledge: Strong understanding of fitness training principles, including strength, conditioning, speed, mobility, and injury prevention.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with athletes, parents, and other coaches, offering guidance and feedback in a supportive manner.
- Certifications: While not required, certifications in personal training, strength & conditioning (e.g., NSCA, ACE, NASM), or sports coaching are a plus.
- Enthusiastic & Energetic: A positive, high-energy coach who can inspire and motivate athletes.
- CPR/First Aid Certification: Preferred (or willingness to obtain).
