Imboden Creek Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable, experienced, and hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facility.
This is an important leadership position responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents, employees, and visitors. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot problems effectively, and is comfortable managing the day-to-day maintenance needs of a skilled nursing facility.
$23.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience

Oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department
Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the facility
Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and systems
Complete general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall
Maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of the building and grounds
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and required documentation
Coordinate inspections and services with outside vendors
Oversee required maintenance and inspections for fire alarms, sprinkler systems, kitchen hood systems, and other facility systems
Monitor maintenance supplies and equipment
Ensure maintenance practices meet applicable safety and regulatory requirements
Work closely with facility leadership and other departments
Previous building or facility maintenance experience required
Maintenance leadership experience preferred
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general repairs
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
Healthcare or skilled nursing facility maintenance experience is a plus
Must be able to pass required background screening and drug screening
