We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee daily on-site construction activities for remodeling projects, new construction, concrete work, and ground-up development.
This position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, schedules, specifications, and quality standards. The Foreman will coordinate field crews, subcontractors, materials, and day-to-day site activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including remodeling and new construction, with demonstrated Foreman experience
- Strong experience in concrete and structural construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Working knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using construction-related software, technology, and digital systems
- Bilingual skills are a plus
