ITSM & ITOM Platforms
- Strong hands on expertise in BMC Helix ITSM:
o Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset, Service Request Management
o Smart IT, Digital Workplace (DWP)
- Deep understanding of BMC Helix CMDB:
o Data model, reconciliation rules, normalization
o CI lifecycle management and relationship mapping
- Experience with BMC Helix Discovery and service models
Monitoring & Observability
- Advanced experience with BMC Helix Operations -AIOps and Dynatrace :
o ServiceOps and AI Agents on
o APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring
- Ability to design end to end observability architectures across apps, infrastructure, and cloud
Roles & Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Architect end to end solutions using BMC/Helix ITSM Suite, including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request, and CMDB.
- Design monitoring and observability strategies using BMC Truesight/ BHOM/ AIOps, Dynatrace, including dashboards, synthetic monitoring, APM, infrastructure monitoring, and Davis AI insights.
- Create SAM (Software Asset Management) and license optimization solutions using Flexera.
- Develop integration architecture between Helix, Dynatrace, Flexera, and external systems via APIs, web services, and event frameworks.
Ensure alignment with ITIL, enterprise architecture standards, and security/compliance requirements
Salary Range $140,000-$150,000Per year
