Clean Cruisin’ Auto Spa is looking for an experienced automotive detailer with a strong background in paint correction, machine polishing, and ceramic coatings. We are a high-end detailing shop that takes pride in delivering exceptional results, and we’re looking for someone who shares that same attention to detail.
Requirements
- Must have previous experience working in a professional detailing shop.
- No dealership or rental car detailing experience. We are looking for someone experienced in high-end detailing and paint correction, not volume production work.
- Proven experience performing:
- Single-stage and multi-stage paint corrections
- Ceramic coating installations
- Wet sanding (preferred but not required)
- Paint decontamination and surface preparation
- Interior and exterior detailing
- Comfortable using a variety of polishing machines, including:
- Dual Action (DA) polishers
- Rotary polishers
- Mini polishers for tight areas
- Knowledge of different compounds, polishes, pads, and paint systems.
- Ability to inspect paint, identify defects, and choose the proper correction process.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and take pride in producing high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Perform paint corrections ranging from light enhancement to heavy defect removal.
- Apply professional-grade ceramic coatings.
- Complete high-end interior and exterior details.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Treat every customer’s vehicle with care and professionalism.
- Work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
