About the Position:
We’re looking for multiple compassionate, skilled therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), providing group therapy and clinical support for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.

Evening Mental Health IOP (North Wilmington, DE)- you'll facilitate group therapy for adults (18+) sessions four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.) while supporting clients throughout their treatment journey.
LGBTQ+ IOP (Wilmington, DE)- you'll facilitate group therapy sessions for adults (18+) four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.) or in the evening (Monday-Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.)
DBT IOP (Wilmington, DE)- *Requires a formal DBT training* you will facilitate DBT groups for adults (18+) three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.). You will also provide weekly individual DBT therapy sessions one day per week for each group member, with sessions typically occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Trauma IOP (North Wilmington, DE)- *Requires EMDR training* you'll facilitate trauma-focused group therapy sessions for adults (18+) three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.). You'll also provide individual trauma-informed and EMDR therapy sessions one day per week for each group member, with sessions typically occurring on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Consultation Responsibilities
- Maintain availability to complete three IOP-related consultations per week
- Participate in additional consultation services (approximately 8-10 consultations per week) as part of the consultant role
Additional Clinical Responsibilities
- Licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) will maintain a small outpatient caseload of approximately 5-10 sessions per week
- Clinicians working toward licensure will provide coverage for other IOP groups as needed
What You Bring
- Experience facilitating groups and integrating evidence-based modalities into treatment
- Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field
- Current mental health license or active pursuit of licensure
