Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lead Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the loading and unloading of items during residential and commercial moves. Load, unload, wrap, and protect furniture, artwork, and décor. Assemble and disassemble staging furniture as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to handle heavy lifting. Responsibilities
- Load and unload items from trucks and vehicles with care to prevent damage.
- Assist in packing and unpacking belongings for clients.
- Ensure that all items are secured properly during transit.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the moving process.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary for heavy lifting tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed during the moving
- Ability preform basic service work around the warehouse is a plus
- Driving 26ft Box truck
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Proficient in heavy lifting techniques to handle large items safely.
- Familiarity with moving equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus.

Requirements
- Previous moving, delivery, packing, or staging experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 70lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Detail-oriented and able to follow direction from lead
- Clean Drivers Record
- CA Drivers License
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
