At Renewal of Greater NYC, we help homeowners recover after fire, water, and property damage. Our team is often one of the first on-site, helping people during stressful situations and protecting their personal belongings.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with pack-outs (removing clothing, textiles, and personal items after damage)
- Help transport items safely to and from job sites
- Take part in documenting and tracking customer belongings
- Work alongside field specialists, account managers, and restoration teams
- Deliver restored items back to customers with professionalism and care
- Provide a positive experience for customers during difficult situations
What the Job Is Like
- You’ll be in the field every day, not stuck behind a desk
- Work in environments affected by fire, smoke, or water damage
- Conditions can be cold, wet, or without power
- Physically active work (lifting, moving, standing)
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including every other weekend
