Overview
As a Box Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable night of fun and laughter. You’ll handle reservations, check-in parties, phone calls and help ensure every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests with warmth, professionalism, and a smile
- Handle ticket reservations and seating coordination efficiently
- Answer phone calls regarding showtimes, ticket availability, and general inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone
- Operate Box Office software and point-of-sale systems
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of ticket sales and attendance
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year customer service experience (hospitality or entertainment preferred)
- Must be comfortable using computers and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Professional communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
