Schedule: Part-Time, Day Shift (6:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.)

Little Sisters of the Poor is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team at Jeanne Jugan Center. Our mission is to provide a loving home where each resident is treated with dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
- Support residents in maintaining independence and quality of life
- Assist with restorative care, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with nursing staff
- Follow infection control, safety, and resident rights policies
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
Qualifications:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely using proper body mechanics and assistive equipment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records preferred.
