Job Summary
You Must be a jack of all trades in the Security Industry: Pay depends on experience!
Have you worked for a security guard company and currently have years of experience in scheduling, dealing with clients and managing a team of security guards?
We are looking for a professional to join our company, someone who is looking for a permanent home and has the energy to help run our operations.
This position will be Monday-Friday 1st shift and on-call one week out of each month. If you have not worked in security please do not apply!
Responsibilities
- Watching over operations and making sure we are hiring for our open guard positions.
- Overviewing our schedule of 400 security guards and making sure everything is filled with proper personnel.
- Eventually speaking with clients and making sure they are all taken care of.
- Answering phone calls daily.
- Hiring and uniforming new security guard hires.
- Involved in setting up new security guard accounts and guiding the office on task until the new account is fully set up and running well.
Requirements
- Previous experience in security guard operations
- Knowledge of scheduling guards
- Client Relations, account management
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in performing background checks and screening processes.
- Drivers License
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively within a team environment.
- Great Computer Skills
- Open availability incase off-hours task are needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
