Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, children, or families within a social services setting
- Strong knowledge of child protective services, child welfare practices, and mandated reporting laws
- Skilled in conflict management, crisis intervention, and client communication techniques
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse populations effectively
- Experience applying cultural competency principles in sensitive situations
