We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who takes pride in building high-end custom homes and enjoys working in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple custom home/ remodel projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
- Conduct regular jobsite meetings and communicate progress with homeowners.
- Resolve construction challenges proactively while maintaining project momentum.
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
- Approve subcontractor work, review invoices, and monitor project costs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
- Experience managing custom home projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, estimating, and budgeting.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
