What You’ll Do
- Greet pet parents and pets with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Schedule grooming appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and text messages
- Confirm appointments and follow up with clients
- Check pets in and out for grooming appointments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Recommend retail products and bakery treats
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Support the grooming and retail teams as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience in a salon, veterinary office, retail store, hotel, medical office, or customer service environment preferred
- Passion for pets and people
