Video Production Specialist

Our team produces everything from national corporate videos, television-quality productions, commercials, product launches, training programs, and live events to executive presentations and studio productions. Every week is different. Every project presents a new creative challenge.

What You'll Do
As a member of our video production team, you'll be involved in every stage of production.
Video Production & Editing
- Edit professional video productions using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, and 2D animations.
- Color correct footage, mix audio, and deliver polished final productions.
- Assist with concept development and creative storytelling.
Production
- Capture high-quality video and photography for corporate clients.
- Operate professional cinema cameras, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Set up and break down lighting, cameras, teleprompters, audio systems, and grip equipment.
- Record and monitor professional audio.
- Assist producers and directors during productions.
Studio & Equipment
- Work in our 7,500-square-foot production studio featuring a hard-wrap cyclorama and drive-in access.
- Help maintain and organize cameras, lighting, lenses, audio equipment, and studio facilities.
- Prepare equipment for travel and location shoots.
Live Event Production
- Support live event productions throughout the country. (10-15%)
- Capture video, edit content on-site when needed, and assist with live presentations.
- Travel to upscale resorts, conference centers, and client locations nationwide.
Collaboration
- Work directly with clients and internal creative teams.
- Accept and implement client feedback professionally.
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Continue learning new production techniques and emerging technologies, including AI tools.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for someone who already possesses strong production skills—not someone learning the basics.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Communications, Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2-5 years of professional video production experience.
- An online demo reel is required. Applications submitted without a demo reel will not be considered.
Technical Skills
You must have professional experience with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (advanced proficiency)
- Adobe After Effects (advanced proficiency)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Motion graphics and basic 2D animation
- Professional video cameras
- Professional lighting techniques
- Professional audio recording
- Professional photography
Candidates should be comfortable:
- Setting exposure, white balance, frame rates, codecs, and camera settings manually
- Lighting interviews, products, and studio environments
- Operating professional wireless audio systems
- Managing media and production workflows
- Editing projects independently from raw footage through final delivery

Travel Requirements
- Ability to travel approximately 10-15%, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

- AI-assisted editing and creative tools

- Multi-camera productions
- Drone videography (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
