Just Right Cleaning is a commercial cleaning company. We are looking to hire responsible, reliable, hardworking, passionate cleaners that have an eye for detail. Please submit an updated resume and answer all questions to apply. This site is a small pediatric clinic located in Columbia Heights, D.C. This is a subcontractor opportunity. Work is every day. The medical clinic closes at 10:00PM. Work must be completed by 7:00AM. Earliest time to enter is 10:30PM but must arrive at least by 4:00AM. Minimum 3 hours. Must arrive on-time and clock-in and clock-out on-site. There is a parking garage below the clinic or Free street parking. Pay is twice a month. Direct deposit.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
-General cleaning of building: keeping it maintained, clean and in good condition
-Able to work a flexible schedule
-Able to travel and work in areas nearby if needed
-Able to work on call if needed
-General dusting
-Cleaning of surfaces
-Cleaning of bathrooms and refilling toilet paper
-Cleaning of kitchen
-Collect and dispose of trash
-Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
-Complete tasks with minimal supervision
-Keep cleaning supplies in stock
-Work and communicate effectively and efficiently
Cleaner Requirements:
-Must have cell phone and mobile data to clock-in and clock-out
-Must have a bank account for direct deposit payments
-Must manage your time efficiently
-Must work well by yourself
-Must provide and complete basic cleaning tasks
-Must have at least 1 year of professional basic cleaning experience
-Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment
-Must have great communication skills
-Able to use basic cleaning equipment
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 per day
