Pink Lotus Thai Restaurant is looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead our team and oversee daily operations. Pink Lotus showcases the lesser known side of Thai Cuisine in a fine dining setting, focusing on regional specialties rarely seen in American Thai restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor, inventory, and costs to meet financial goals
- Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Work closely with ownership on strategy and growth
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant General Manager experience highly preferred
- Experience in Asian/Thai fine dining is a major plus
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
