Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient. This role involves developing personalized care plans, implementing physiotherapy techniques, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery and mobility. The Physical Therapist will utilize their expertise in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to deliver high-quality rehabilitative services tailored to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
Duties
- Assess patients’ physical conditions through detailed evaluations and develop individualized care plans aimed at restoring movement and function.
- Implement a variety of physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, orthopedics, and other modalities to facilitate recovery.
- Coordinate discharge planning and ensure smooth transition of patients from hospital to home or community settings.
- Provide therapeutic interventions for patients in acute care, inpatient, outpatient, and home & community care environments.
- Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems and communicate effectively with healthcare teams regarding treatment updates.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with advances in physiotherapy, medical terminology, and specialized areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, and orthopedics.
Experience
- Proven experience working in diverse clinical settings such as hospital, clinic, home health, or outpatient facilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing patients with conditions related to orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with discharge planning, care plans, and providing therapy in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
- Experience utilizing EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
- Knowledge of physiology and human anatomy essential for effective treatment planning.

Pay: $50.00 - $58.00 per hour
