Responsibilities
- Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory, process orders, and update stock levels in real-time.
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper storage techniques aligned with warehouse distribution standards.
- Support order fulfillment by accurately selecting items based on pick lists and preparing packages for shipment following quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload trucks, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse environment by adhering to safety guidelines and conducting routine inspections.
Skills
- Some experience working in a warehouse setting with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes.
- Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently
- Understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory stocking techniques.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
