Client Service Associate for a Property & Casualty Insurance Agency

We are seeking a Client Services Associate (CSA) to support the Owner-Agent in servicing an active P&C book of policies. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, client‑focused, and experienced in a fast‑paced office environment
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service to personal and commercial lines clients utilizing a sales and service automation platform.
- Assist clients with billing questions, coverage explanations, and claims support
- Advance policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals
- Maintain accurate records in agency management systems and carrier portals
- Support retention efforts and proactive client outreach
- Work closely with the Owner Agent on daily service priorities
What You Need
- 1+ year of experience in a P&C insurance office or similar
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high‑volume environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting the head of a business in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking
