Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of kitchen exhaust systems to identify grease buildup and potential fire hazards
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of exhaust hoods, ducts, fans, filters, and related components using specialized tools and techniques
- Follow established safety protocols and industry standards during all cleaning procedures
- Document all work performed accurately in service reports and maintenance logs
- Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and recommend improvements for optimal performance
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and compliant with local fire codes and regulations
- Drive crew to and from jobs
Skills
- Ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor including climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting heavy equipment
- Prior industry experience welcome but not required
- Good driving record

Pay: $176.00 - $275.00 per day
