We are a small group home for children (ages 10-19) in foster care. Our Direct Care Staff are responsible for the care and supervision of these children. Requirements are:
- Must be 21 or older
- Have a valid driver's license
- Able to pass a criminal background check (no felonies or crimes against children)
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Experience in social work/childcare/residential settings/foster care/behavioral health are preferred, but not required.
- candidates with experience start at a higher rate.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts on the weekend .
