We are currently seeking a motivated, compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our clinic on a 1099 independent contractor basis. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about building long-term client relationships and expanding their clinical skills — including interest in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (KAP)
Our clinic is actively integrating KAP into our services, and we are looking for therapists who share our enthusiasm for this emerging and evidence-informed modality. If you are already trained in KAP — or have a strong interest in pursuing training — we want to hear from you.
Work alongside our team in a coordinated KAP care model- Support provided for clinicians pursuing KAP training and certification
- Be part of shaping our integrative mental health program from the ground up
REQUIREMENTS
- Active, unrestricted licensure in Iowa: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
- Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong therapeutic foundation with individual, couples, or family therapy
- Reliable, professional, and committed to ethical, client-centered care
- Comfortable working independently within a collaborative team setting
- Interest or experience in KAP, trauma-informed care, or integrative approaches a plus
