Role Summary
Inside Sales Representatives to support and grow our Wholesale Voice business across LATAM and Florida. This role is ideal for strong communicators who excel on the phone, enjoy relationship‑driven selling, and want to build a career in telecom.
Key Responsibilities
· Sell Wholesale Voice services primarily across LATAM, with additional North American opportunities.
· Conduct high‑volume outreach and manage ongoing customer communication.
· Build and maintain relationships with carriers, service providers, and telecom partners.
· Support usage growth and drive monthly revenue through consistent follow‑up.
· Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
Qualifications
· 1–5 years of inside sales or phone‑based sales experience preferred.
· Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, call‑heavy environment.
· Knowledge of telecommunications or voice offerings is a strong asset.
· Spanish fluency highly preferred due to LATAM customer base.
· Based in Florida, ideally Miami.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
