Shift Leader -
The Car Wash Center - Groton is looking for a Shift Leader for our new, upscale, family-owned car wash facility located in Groton, CT as we continue to scale our operation. The ideal candidate will be a team player with great customer service, and conflict resolution skills who recognizes the benefit and opportunity of joining our organization during a time of rapid, sustainable growth.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:
Educate and assist customers with purchasing car washes and memberships
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards among crew
Monitor equipment and ensure proper function
Resolve or escalate Customer Complaints
Uphold the company image of cleanliness and neatness
Occasionally welcome and safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel

Experience:
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication skills, including customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to lead by example, be self-motivated, and exhibit professionalism and poise at all times.
