Powersports Sales Specialist– Hicklin Powersports of Ames
We Sell Fun.We're looking for an experienced sales professional who already has a passion for powersports and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This isn't an entry-level retail position.
We're looking for an experienced salesperson who enjoys building relationships, delivers exceptional customer service, and gets excited about helping customers find their next motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, snowmobile, or personal watercraft.

Schedule
Full-Time
- Tuesday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday & Monday | Off
What You'll Do
- Guide customers in-store, over the phone, and online through the buying process.
- Build lasting customer relationships before and after the sale.
- Learn our inventory inside and out so you can confidently recommend the right machine.
- Demonstrate vehicles while highlighting features, benefits, and capabilities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-up.
- Stay current on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Work alongside a passionate team dedicated to helping customers enjoy the powersports lifestyle.
What We're Looking ForRequired
- Prior sales experience.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools.
- Reliable, motivated, and self-driven.
- Ability to work the Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
Preferred
- Knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, or personal watercraft.
- Experience in automotive, marine, RV, or powersports sales.
