The Bus Person will efficiently and discreetly support the dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and assisting wait staff, ensuring seamless food service and a positive, memorable guest experience.
HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
- Clear dirty dishes from the dining room and transport them to the kitchen or dishwashing area promptly and efficiently.
- Reset tables by replacing soiled linens and arranging silverware, glassware, and table settings.
- Restock clean linens, silverware, glassware, plates, and other dining room supplies.
- Prepare and maintain the service station by stocking soups, salads, desserts, and other service items.
- Replenish service stations with utensils, dishes, and other essential supplies throughout service.
- Serve ice water, butter, and other table accompaniments to guests as needed.
- Clean and polish sneeze guards, glass shelves, service bar areas, and equipment, including coffee urns and cream or milk dispensers.
- Support servers and dining room operations to ensure timely and efficient guest service.
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
