About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Installation Lead, you will spearhead the deployment of advanced climate control systems, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of comfort and efficiency. You will act as a technical authority on-site, guiding installation teams to deliver superior results while fostering a positive experience for our homeowners.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise installation and retrofitting of residential heating and cooling units to maximize system longevity.

Manage complex piping configurations, including copper and PVC, alongside high and low voltage electrical circuitry.

Drive team performance by mentoring junior installers and apprentices, ensuring consistent quality across all projects.

Cultivate strong client relationships by providing clear communication and professional service throughout the installation process.

Optimize operational efficiency by maintaining a well-organized inventory and ensuring all equipment is in peak condition.

Ensure total site safety and regulatory compliance, navigating challenging environments like attics and crawlspaces with expert care.
Qualifications-
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.

Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical system issues.

Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work in varied environmental conditions.
