Job Title: Senior Accountant

All-State Industries, Inc. is a highly diversified, custom-manufacturer of nonmetallic industrial components for OEM's around the world. We have several locations in North America, including Mexico. We collaborate with our customers from concept design through project launch by providing solutions pertaining to Die Cutting, Machined Plastics, Open Cast Urethane Molding, Thermoforming, Acoustical/Thermal Insulation Products, and Molded Masticated Rubber.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant to support our accounting team. This role will assist with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, solid accounting fundamentals, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to financial reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, review, and maintain financial and operational data in accounting and ERP systems

Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accounts reconciliations and variance analysis

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation, maintain organized records

Assist with requests from various internal departments and external business partners on routine accounting matters

Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets used for reconciliations, tracking, and reporting.

Follow established accounting procedures, internal controls, and documentation standards

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies

Assist the accounting team and leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

3–6+ years accounting experience

Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis)

Experience with ERP or accounting systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
