What You’ll Do:
- Lead all phases of the design process with a focus on creativity, innovation, and adherence to project goals.
- Oversee the development and execution of projects, ensuring they stay within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to build strong relationships.
- Manage risk and address technical challenges proactively to ensure project success.
- Mentor and empower team members, fostering professional growth.
- Contribute to business development efforts by building lasting client relationships and identifying new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- Architectural license (required)
- 9+ years of project management experience in architecture
- Proven success leading large-scale projects such as hotels, stadiums, high-rises, and commercial spaces
- Expertise in building codes, BIM, design studies, contract documentation, and construction administration
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including advanced Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, InDesign, and Adobe Suite
