About EveryPlace
EveryPlace is a rapidly growing Arizona real estate brokerage focused on creating a smarter, more efficient way for real estate professionals to work and grow.
We are building the technology, operational infrastructure, and AI-enabled systems needed to support our agents and the organization’s continued growth. Our goal is not to adopt technology simply because it is new. We want to create practical solutions that eliminate unnecessary work, improve the agent experience, strengthen client relationships, and generate measurable business results.
We are not looking for someone who only develops ideas. We are looking for someone who can build, test, implement, and improve them.
The Mission
The Head of Innovation & Growth will identify opportunities to improve how EveryPlace and its real estate agents operate, then design and implement technical solutions that make processes faster, easier, and more scalable.
This is a hands-on technical role centered on AI implementation, workflow automation, systems integration, and agent productivity. The right candidate will understand how to connect technology with the practical, day-to-day needs of real estate professionals.
This person will develop tools and automations that help agents:
- Manage leads and follow-up more effectively
- Reduce repetitive administrative work
- Maintain accurate and complete CRM data
- Create personalized client communications
- Prepare listing, market, and transaction information
- Stay connected with past clients and referral partners
- Identify opportunities within their databases
- Deliver a more consistent client experience
- Spend more time building relationships and generating revenue
This is not a consulting or recommendation-only role. This is an ownership and execution role.
What You Will Own AI Solutions for Real Estate Agents
- Develop and implement AI-powered tools that directly support agent productivity, lead conversion, client communication, and business development
- Create AI assistants and agents for lead follow-up, database management, listing preparation, client engagement, and transaction-related tasks
- Build systems that generate personalized emails, texts, market updates, property summaries, and client-facing materials
- Use AI to identify opportunities, trends, and recommended actions within agent and company data
- Develop practical prompt libraries, templates, and repeatable AI workflows for agents and internal teams
- Continuously improve solutions based on agent feedback, usage data, and business results
- Train agents to use AI responsibly, confidently, and effectively
Workflow Automation & Process Improvement
- Audit agent and operational workflows to identify repetitive tasks, delays, duplication, and unnecessary manual work
- Design automated workflows that connect lead generation, CRM, marketing, transaction, and reporting systems
- Automate lead routing, notifications, follow-up reminders, task creation, data entry, reporting, and client touchpoints
- Build scalable processes that improve consistency without removing necessary human judgment
- Document workflows, technical requirements, system logic, and operating procedures
- Monitor existing automations and quickly resolve errors, broken connections, or adoption issues
- Track time saved, increased adoption, improved conversion, and other measurable outcomes
Technical Development & Systems Integration
- Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and custom scripts
- Connect CRM, transaction management, marketing, communication, reporting, and productivity platforms
- Create reliable data flows between systems while maintaining data quality and security
- Build lightweight internal tools, dashboards, applications, and prototypes when existing products do not meet business needs
- Evaluate the technical feasibility, scalability, security, and long-term value of proposed solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors or internal stakeholders to implement solutions
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations, automations, system configurations, and data flows
Technology & Systems Optimization
- Evaluate how agents and employees use existing technology
- Improve adoption and utilization of current systems before recommending additional platforms
- Identify overlapping tools, unnecessary expenses, and gaps in functionality
- Strengthen CRM data quality, reporting capabilities, and operational visibility
- Evaluate emerging AI and real estate technology based on practical business value
- Recommend, select, and manage technology vendors when appropriate
- Build internal solutions when available products are too limited, expensive, or difficult to integrate
Revenue & Growth Innovation

Adoption, Training & Change Leadership
- Work directly with agents and employees to understand how work is currently performed
- Involve end users in the design and testing of new tools
- Pilot solutions before broader implementation
- Create clear training materials, demonstrations, and practical use cases
- Help users understand how technology supports their work rather than simply adding another system
- Monitor adoption and address barriers, confusion, or workflow challenges
- Establish responsible standards for AI use, data privacy, client confidentiality, and quality control

How We Work
EveryPlace is a high-performance, fast-moving organization. We value people who take ownership, think ahead, stay curious, and hold themselves to a high standard.
This role will operate with significant autonomy and direct access to executive leadership, agents, operational data, and the systems needed to drive meaningful change. Success will be measured by what gets built, how well it is adopted, and the measurable impact it creates.
