We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle for commercial projects ($5M-$30M)
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during planning phases
Oversee procurement and subcontractor buyouts
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and vendors
Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Proven experience managing projects in the $5M+ range
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Experience working with local subcontractors and vendors in the Tampa market preferred

Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience)
