Job Title: Senior Accountant, Tribe513
Weekly Hours: Part Time
Supervised by: Controller, Tribe513
Overview: The Senior Accountant provides a variety of duties for all Tribe513’s accounting and financial operations including reporting related to the company’s financial statements, month-end close outs, cost allocations and accruals, and expense reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting Assists Controller with month end close process through the bank reconciliation of the main operating account, multiple accruals, non-clinical revenue and inventory costing. Prepares schedules to support various general ledger accounts to ensure strong financial reporting to be reviewed by the Controller prior to being published to third parties – including external audit team, lender and tax compliance team.
Fixed Assets
Maintains the fixed asset subledger and coordinates to ensure the capitalization policies are consistent
throughout the Company.
Key Accounting Contact
Serves as the main point of contact for corporate credit cards, business licenses, insurance and related
party transactions.
Cross-Functional Support
Interacts with full finance team to ensure the financial statements have complete and accurate inputs
from the various systems that feed into the accounting system.
Prepares schedules and resolves variances in conjunction with the Controller to ensure a high volume
of transactions can be properly documented in a timely manner.

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, think analytically and communicate effectively.
- Experience with the following applications: NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years work experience in a related field
