Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with energy and professionalism. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation management across all areas of guest rooms
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety regulations
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols aligned with industry standards for commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, and custodial services
- Monitor compliance with sanitation procedures and local safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, linen storage, laundry chutes and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness standards
- Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, customer service expectations, and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within hospitality or similar environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation practices, and safety regulations applicable to commercial and industrial cleaning
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly
- Experience in janitorial services, laundry operations, and custodial work preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings
- Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality industry standards is highly desirable
