Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and manage vision problems and eye diseases.
- Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision correction solutions.
- Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Current state optometry license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
- Experience with electronic health records is required.
