Job Overview

- Maintain detailed project schedules using Buildertrend project management software to track progress and milestones.
- Coordinate with company team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project flow and resolve issues promptly.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety standards are met and quality workmanship is maintained.
- Monitor project progress regularly through site inspections and schedule updates; adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines.
- Facilitate effective project coordination among team members to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations, building codes, and safety protocols.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site supervision.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards and regulations.
