Residential Construction Superintendent

A leading restoration and reconstruction company in the Auburn Hills area is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to join its growing team.

What You'll Do
- Oversee residential reconstruction projects from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and skilled trades on-site
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Conduct daily site visits and progress inspections
- Enforce all job-site safety requirements and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with project managers, homeowners, and team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address issues that could impact completion
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential construction, restoration, or renovation experience
- Experience supervising subcontractors and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with insurance restoration projects is highly preferred
- Xactimate experience is a major plus
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic construction technology platforms
- Ability to participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
- High school diploma required; additional construction-related education is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
