Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Client Support Services Sharing Room and Program Assistant to join our dynamic team. This paid part time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our client support and program sharing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Client Support Sharing Room and Program Assistant reports to the Client Support Services Coordinator. Hours are Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9AM to 5PM with one hour unpaid lunch break for a total of 21 hours per week.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- The Client Support Sharing Room Associate will be responsible for all aspects of donation connections, including communications between donors and clients, organizing the internal donations binder
- Accept/reject donations at the receiving desk.
- Assisting in the various seasonal programs such as Toy Drive, School Supply Drive and Coat Drive, Glam Fest.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain the Sharing Room
- Organize, sort and display donations of clothing and household items
- Communicate and collaborate with volunteers
- Support client services staff with clerical duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Other Support:
- Assist with ground maintenance
- May use skills to contribute newsletters and events.
- Assist other departments with events set up when all tasks have been completed and notify the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, some college preferred
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Computer Skills
- Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
- Able to lift 25lbs

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
