WCC Tank Technology is a specialized industrial services company focused on tank repair, lining, coatings, welding, and fiberglass/composite work. We serve utilities, municipalities, contractors, and commercial/industrial clients across the region.
We are looking for dependable, safety-minded Industrial Field Technicians to join our crew. This is hands-on industrial field work: tank interiors, confined spaces, welding, fiberglass, coatings, and composite repair. If you want steady, skilled work with room to grow into a lead technician or foreman role, this is the right fit.
This is not a sit-in-the-truck job. You will get dirty. You will wear PPE. You will work in tight spaces. If that does not bother you, keep reading.

- Weld (MIG, TIG, stick) and perform fiberglass/FRP/composite repairs
- Take field measurements and follow job specifications
- Enter and work inside confined spaces following all safety protocols
- Wear full PPE including respirators, Tyvek suits, harnesses, and protective equipment
- Work at industrial job sites including fueling station, utilities, water/wastewater plants, and commercial facilities

- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas
What We Require
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Ability to perform physical industrial work in demanding conditions
- Comfort working in confined spaces, at heights, and wearing respirators and Tyvek suits
- Safety-first attitude with zero tolerance for shortcuts
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a crew
- Willingness to travel to job sites
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred Skills and Experience
Direct tank experience is a plus but not required. We train the right people on WCC methods. Strong candidates often come from backgrounds in:
