We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Driver Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll recruit professional CDL-A and CDL-B drivers across multiple operations, partnering with Operations, Safety, Compliance, and Human Resources to ensure we hire the best drivers in the industry.

What You'll Do
As a Driver Recruiter, you'll own the recruiting process from first contact through the driver's first day.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Recruit CDL-A and CDL-B drivers for dedicated transportation operations throughout the United States.
· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driver candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, CDL schools, military recruiting, networking, and other sourcing methods.
· Conduct phone interviews to evaluate driver qualifications, experience, work history, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
· Partner closely with General Managers to understand staffing needs and recruiting priorities.
· Guide candidates through every step of the hiring process, including applications, DOT requirements, drug testing, employment verification, MVR reviews, and onboarding.
· Work with Compliance to ensure all DOT and FMCSA hiring requirements are completed accurately and timely.
· Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up.
· Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and open positions while recommending improvements to increase hiring success.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of four years of recruiting experience in the transportation industry.
· Experience recruiting CDL drivers or other transportation professionals.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Tenstreet).
Preferred Qualifications
· High-volume recruiting experience.
· Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT hiring requirements.
· Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HR systems.
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
